The Fundamentals of Piping course is designed to equip students with essential skills and knowledge in plumbing, HVAC, Sprinkler-fitter, and gas fitting. Upon completion of the 13-week program, graduates will be prepared to pursue above-mentioned trades.

- Class Hours: 6:00PM – 9:00PM ( Tuesday and Thursday), 9:00AM – 2:30PM ( Saturdays)

Piping trades encompass Plumbing, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), Gasfitting, and Sprinkler fitting. These skilled professions involve installing, repairing, and maintaining systems for water, gas, heating, and cooling in residential, commercial, and industrial settings, ensuring safety, efficiency, and comfort.
Learning Objectives
- Students will develop proficiency in using hand and power tools, understanding workplace safety, and applying trade mathematics.
- Participants will gain expertise in plumbing, HVAC servicing and repair, gas fitting techniques, and Sprinkler-fitter principles.
- The curriculum emphasizes hands-on training to ensure students can troubleshoot, maintain, and install piping systems effectively.
- Students will learn to identify and mitigate workplace hazards while adhering to workplace safety regulations and industry standards.
- Beyond technical proficiency, the program focuses on communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills crucial for success in the piping trades.
- Graduates will be equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to pursue entry-level positions in plumbing, HVAC, Sprinkler-fitter, or gas fitting, supported by job search assistance and resume preparation.
