Gas Appliance Service Technician Refresher Course

A Gas Appliance Service Technician certificate of qualification allows you to service and repair the following gas systems:

  • Gas appliances installed for residential use
  • Light commercial appliances up to an input of 82 kW

To obtain a Gas Appliance Service Technician certificate, you will need to meet certain eligibility requirements and pass an exam. Visit Technical Safety BC website to understand the eligibility and other requirements in complete details.

Notes
At the end of the course, students will be given course completion certificate. This certificate is a valid proof of completion of training which can be submitted to Technical Safety BC before a candidate can write the exam.
